hey, i know this is kinda off topic, but i've been noticing that the backgrounds have been becoming way more detailed, especially in the cafeteria, i was just wondering what others thought about. Is it cool that the animation evolves with time, or does it take away from the classic construction paper look that south park is famous for?

If you censor out Muhammad than you've made a distinction about what's okay to poke fun at and what isn't. Either it's all okay, or none of it is.

It's totally cool. Trey and Matt always refer to themselves as a band, with each episode being a song, each season an album. Well would you want a band to have the same sound every album? No, you'd want something different each time. Otherwise it'd get stale and boring. Granted, this is just talking about the animation, but I love seeing new details and all that being put to good use. It only heightens the unique art style of the show.
