NEW YORK, April 21, 2008 – A class field trip to the living museum takes a
deadly turn in an all-new episode of "South Park," entitled "Super Fun
Time," premiering on Wednesday, April 23 at 10:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on COMEDY
CENTRAL.

Mr. Garrison takes the fourth grade class on an educational field trip to a
Pioneer Village where dedicated workers remain in character as their
counterparts from the 1800's . Cartman forces Butters to ditch the fanatical
townsfolk to go to the amusement center located next door. While the rest of
kids are reluctantly learning about the good old days in Colorado, a group
of trigger-happy thieves break into the museum and take everyone hostage.

Let's hope the first half of season 12 goes out with a bang! It sounds promising so far. Cartman and Butters to the rescue!

There's been a lot of Butters/Cartman episodes in the last couple of seasons.

Half of the synopssis makes it seem like it will be a "Village" parody/homage that twists into a terrorist threat. Sounds cool. I'll be looking forward to it.

Wow, the episode info was posted nice and early. I wasn't expecting that. That was a pleasant surprise. :D

Anyway, I hope this is good. It sounds promising; after all, Butters/Cartman episodes tend to be pretty damn good. (Casa Bonita, AWESOM-O, The Death of Eric Cartman, etc.)

And um...yeah. I'm excited.

I concur with this promise.

I also want to know what the hell burglars want with 1800s items. Gold, maybe?

This one might be good. But then again I said that about:
Tonsil Trouble(D+)
Brintneys new look(F-)
Canada on Strike(C-)
Overlogging(F- and the worst epoisode in a while)

God this season sucks!

Now this sounds like the kind of episode that will be a good one. Butters + Cartman + burglars = hilarious (i.e. The Death of Eric Cartman). And any Butters and Cartman episode is funny regardless of who else in the mix.

This season has been so-so as of this point; let's hope that the first run will go out with a bang.

I have more hope than I did last week or for #1202, but...still guarded. It sounds like it can be good, but I find Cartman and Butters plots to be kinda stale.
