Well that does still leave out Stan and Kenny as a possibility, and maybe Wendy. But she could be covering for Stan or something. I still say no to Craig as he likes a simple, quiet life. Him going out and helping SP is not something he would do. Clyde... could be him but he was sleeping... hm...Since Matt and Trey said they don't know who Mysterion was on the commentary, his appearances on the new theme song doesn't really prove or disprove anything.

He wasn't at first; Matt Stone and Trey Parker who wrote the episode didn't even know. But that was the beginning of Season 13 in March, 2009. Now in November, 2010, they made a decision and crafted their scripts to make everything fit to point to Kenny as Mysterion. Great writing, MnT
