all generations of all time always had a person to look up to. long time ago it may have been marlynn monroe and Mick jagger. tough these are not role models of the highest degree concidering the drugs and alcohol these idols had the voice and talent to reach fame. and deserve to be idolized. Sadly now it does not matter what your talent is and how much you have worked to come this far. if you are HOT, have no shame or standards and easy to sell to the rebellion kids these days you have everything to become the new idol. even the sound of your music and the lyrical content of the crap you sell will not matter anymore.
