It's been 10 long years since South Park has made a video game, but we are happy to announce, South Park Let's Go Tower Defense Play! will launch on Xbox Live on October 7. Check out this behind the scenes interview and sneak peak of the game. And if you are going to be attending Comi-Con this year, stop by the Microsoft booth and be one of the first to play the game.
Quite a few of the South Park Studios team (sorry, no Matt or Trey) will be in San Diego as well for a panel discussion on Saturday to talk about what it was like to work on the game and South Park goodness in general. We are going to try and convince Nall to blog about our San Diego adventure, so stay tuned for more updates. See you at Comi-Con this weekend!

Fans will get the chance to try the never before seen “South Park Let’s Go Tower Defense Play!” a fast-paced action/strategy game that combines these loveable characters with snowball battles and tower defense tactics. “South Park Let’s Go Tower Defense Play!” will launch exclusively on Xbox LIVE on October 7, to coincide with the premiere of new episodes of “South Park” on COMEDY CENTRAL that same day.

No, the new episode and the game will be released same day. And what I seen in gt.com I bet this will be better one than those ones which have been released (I haven't played but I have saw the reviews of them).

I think an episode should tie-in with the game. The plot would be that the all of the kids in Mr. Garrison's would build a tower and fight an army of an evil group while eventually saving the other fourth graders and adults in town, who were taken hostage by the villains. The villains could maybe be fake video game bad guys.

Also, (joe12345), give PS3 some credit. We mainly pay for the diesel hard drive. (80 gigs isn't cheap).
